Yes — free for everyone, with no watermark and no signup. There's no separate nonprofit application because there's nothing to pay for.
Can I record volunteer hours on the certificate?
Yes. Put the hours and the period into the body text, for example '120 hours of volunteer service during 2026'.
Can a volunteer use this as proof for a job application?
It's a signed record from your organisation, which is usually accepted. If the recipient needs something a third party can independently verify, that requires a verification URL — a CertSeal account feature.
Can we add our charity's logo?
Not in the free tool. Logo upload comes with a CertSeal account.
We have 60 volunteers to thank after our annual event.
